Free Shipping on purchases over $75! (some exclusions apply - see below)

What are your shipping rates for purchases under $75?
We offer an easy flat rate shipping program depending on the amount of your purchase.
$0 - $15.00       - Shipping is $4.95
$15.01-$25.00  - Shipping is $6.00
$25.01 - $45.00- Shipping is $8.00
$45.01 - $65.00- Shipping is $11.00
$65.00 - $75.00- Shipping is $14.00

Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not ship outside the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship many items to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii but free shipping does not apply. If you need an item shipped to one of these locations, please call before ordering so that we can provide you with an estimate on shipping charges. Please note that some items that we carry cannot be shipped to these locations. In order to avoid delays, please call when you need an item shipped to one of these areas.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
Although most of our products are shipped directly from us, we do have some items that ship direct to you from the manufacturer. If your order included multiple items, you may receive your items in different shipments.

Do you offer free gift-wrap on items that are shipped?
We do offer free gift-wrap. However, there are times when an item will not ship well wrapped or times when an item ships direct from the manufacturer. If you would like free gift wrap, please indicate in the notes section at checkout. We will call you if the item can’t be gift-wrapped.

Why do some items not qualify for free shipping?
When an item does not qualify for free shipping, it will not have a star by the product. This generally applies to larger, bulkier items such as furniture and strollers, there may be an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges are listed at checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).

What types of shipping are available?

  • Small Parcels ship through UPS Ground, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail.
  • Large Parcels will ship through truck freight. Standard truck freight is delivered to your drive.You are responsible for getting the item into your house.
  • Receiving Shipments--Very important!  If the package is damaged or compromised in anyway, you can either refuse to take delivery or indicate on the shipping form that the product was damaged.Title and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.  Inspect shipment carefully and retain all packaging until inspection is complete.  All rejections or claims for damage should be filed with the carrier and GreenPea™ Baby should be notified immediately.  White Glove Delivery is available on some select furniture items.Typically, this includes delivery inside the front door to the room of your choice, unpacking and debris removal.Please email us once your order is placed if you desire this service and we will get back to you with the additional fees. Free Shipping does not include White Glove Delivery.
